The Manitoba Academic Integrity Network (MAIN) is an organization that serves to bring together educators and students from post-secondary institutions across Manitoba to support academic integrity initiatives.
What We Do
MAIN supports the Academic Integrity Inter-Institutional Meeting (AIIIM).
See details below.
ACADEMIC INTEGRITY INTER-INSTITUTIONAL MEETING
AIIIM is an annual teaching and learning event for post-secondary academic staff from across the province of Manitoba, Canada. The goal of the AIIIM is to share strategies and resources to help to provide students with the best possible learning experience - one that is centered on integrity. Academic integrity refers to a commitment to academic standards and embracing the values of honesty, trust, respect, fairness, and responsibility, and having the courage to act on these values (Fundamental Values of Academic Integrity, 2013).
AIIIM 2020 is sold out!
MARCH 19, 2020 UPDATE!
In the midst of the changes that we are all facing in response to COVID-19, AIIIM 2020 is postponed indefinitely.
We wish our communities well in facing the challenges that lie ahead. During this time, we expect to discover new knowledge around academic integrity. MAIN will continue to look for opportunities to build connections that support academic integrity in Manitoba.
Please stay tuned to this site as we continue to develop our network.
